The Life Residencia Realtors Get Together: The Life Residencia Islamabad held a grand event on 18th September 2021 at its site location. The main purpose of the event was to make some big and important announcements and to take the investors, customers, and local realtor community into confidence and appraise them about the development progress of the society.
Guest of Honors:
The guest of honor was Sardar Tahir Mehmood, the CEO of Win-Win Marketing and Developers. Accompanying him on the stage were Sarfraz Sial, CEO of The Life Residencia Islamabad, and other esteemed guests. To share their personal experiences and views they were invited on stage.
After which Sardar Tahir Mehmood made the big announcements, including the balloting process that will take place on 25th November 2021. Balloting is an important procedure which creates credibility and authority of any housing society. Participants praised the news and marked their calendars for the big day.
Update Regarding Buyback Policy:
File owners have the option to sell the files to The Life Residencia Islamabad at 3 lacs after 1st September, 3 lacs and fifty thousand after 25 September, and 3 lacs and fifty thousand, after 1st November 2021 respectively.
After the big decisions were announced, participants were taken on a site tour and updated about development progress. They saw the realities on the ground for themselves, were briefed about the master plan and shown the vision of quality life.
